Project Overview:
This was a solo project that consisted of using multiple methods of research in order to find solutions and information about students of John Brown University and their eating habits within the school cafeteria. My research process included interviews, psychographic research, surveys, observational research, demographics, photo ethnographic research, personas, and analysis of case studies regarding college nutrition.
Problem:
How can JBU influence a healthy diet for students living on campus while providing adequate resources and information that will encourage students to live a more healthy life?
The end resulted in an infographic along with an extensive documented research packet.
